Collaboration: Ms. Hui Yang, who is a visiting scholar from Beijing Jiao Tong University, Professor Yuqiao Zhang, who is an alumnus of the laboratory and became a Specially Appointed Professor at Jiangsu University in China, Professor Matsuo of the Research Institute for Electronic Science, and Assistant Professor Magari, who has just arrived at the laboratory. A collaborative research paper has been published in ACS Appl. Electron. Mater. We have elucidated the mystery of the high-mobility of the In-Sn-Zn-O (ITZO) thin film transistor, which is expected to be the next transparent oxide semiconductor after IGZO.
