The Mini Workshop on Oxide Thermo-Iontronics (https://sites.google.com/view/oxide-thermo-iontronics/home) was successfully held at Research Institute for Electronic Science, Hokkaido University, on October 15, 2025.

The discussion focused on “Thermo-Iontronics,” covering topics such as redox reaction, hydrogenation, thermal switches, perovskite oxides, layered materials, ion position displacement, and atomic-resolution observation of oxides.
