Single crystalline ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) thin film with atomically flat surface can be supplied. The whole surface (10mm x 10mm) is composed of atomically flat terraces and steps (0.3 nm). The electrical properties are follows.
Carrier concentration: 1 x 1021 /cm3
Hall mobility: 50 cm2/Vs
Sheet resistance (typical): 10 Ohm
Substrate: (111) YSZ 10mm x 10mm x 0.5mm
Optical: Fully transparent in the visible region
